Bug Rewards
Coming soonReport issues. Help improve our products.
We are preparing a program for people who find and responsibly report issues in Golden Symbol products. This page shows how the program is planned to work.
No testing is authorized yet
The program is not active. This page does not grant permission to test any system, product, or service. Please do not test, scan, or probe anything on our behalf until the program officially opens with a published scope.
Overview
When it opens, the program will invite reports about security, functional, and data-handling issues in clearly listed Golden Symbol products. Every report will be reviewed by our QA team.
Program status:Coming soonA launch date has not been announced yet.
Scope
The exact scope will be published when the program opens. We expect it to follow this structure:
Planned to be in scope
- Golden Symbol products and tools that are explicitly listed when the program opens
- Functional defects that affect correctness or data integrity
- Security issues that can be demonstrated without harming users or data
Planned to be out of scope
- Any system, website, or service not explicitly listed in the published scope
- Third-party services and platforms we do not own
- Denial-of-service, spam, social engineering, or physical attacks
- Automated scanning that generates high volumes of traffic
Reporting guidelines
- 1Write one report per issue, with a clear and specific title.
- 2Include numbered steps that someone else can follow to reproduce the issue.
- 3Describe the expected result and the actual result.
- 4Explain the impact: who is affected and how.
- 5Attach only the minimum evidence needed, and never include other people's personal data.
Responsible testing principles
- Test only what is explicitly in scope, and only once the program is open.
- Use your own test accounts and data — never access, change, or delete other people's data.
- Stop and report as soon as you identify an issue; do not try to go further.
- Avoid anything that could degrade service for other users.
- Keep findings confidential until we have had a reasonable chance to address them.
Reward policy
Reward details will be announced when the program opens. No rewards, payments, or amounts are offered at this time.
